If you’re ready to push yourself like you never have before and start with the guidance of a personal trainer then come down to the BDAC. We care about our members and clients reaching new goals. Benefits of working with a trainer: maximizes your time and effort at every fitness session, support of your fitness goals, and provides guidance on proper form/technique to prevent injuries.
