By training motivated individuals from all different fitness backgrounds, Lisa has developed a highly adaptive training style. This gives her the necessary tools to get you exactly where you want to be.
Lisa focuses on functional fitness and using big, compound movements to build strength, balance, and endurance. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and holds degrees in fitness technology, as well as healthy older adult fitness.
When she’s not training Lisa enjoys skiing, racing cyclocross, mt. biking, hiking, and yoga.
