Summer Weekend Hours
A complete physical fitness plan consists of more than just spending time in the gym. There are three basic elements: exercising for aerobic fitness, muscle strength/endurance and flexibility.
But how do you assess your current fitness level before you begin? Can you tell how much exercise you should do, or what type of exercise you should engage in? Oh, and let’s not forget about that all too familiar (and sometimes evil!) word, diet.
What should you eat to maximize your gains in the gym? Our Certified Personal Trainers can answer these questions and help you develop a fitness program that’s just right for you. We also provide nutritional counseling to help you achieve your goals.
All of our staff at Bend Downtown Athletic Club are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help you. It shouldn’t cost you anything but a little bit of your time to get tips, strategies, and pointers to help you set goals, and stick to them.
A Different Kind of Gym
At the Bend Downtown Athletic club we offer an experience different from most fitness facilities. There’s no loud music, no crowds, and no lines to use equipment. We pride ourselves on keeping our fitness center clean, well organized, and comfortable for our clients. We can’t force you to work out, but we can offer an environment that helps motivates and helps facilitate success for our members. Call us to find out more. 541.323.2322
